A research proposal is a document written by a researcher that provides a detailed description of the proposed program. It is like an outline of the entire research process that gives a reader a summary of the information discussed in a project.

RESEARCH SKILLACQUIRING INFORMATION

A process of finding solutions to a problem after a thorough study and analysis of the situational factor.

Example: a managers in an organization constantly engage themselves in studying and analyzing issues and hence are involves in some form of research activity as they make decisions at the workplace.

In business, research can be describes as a systematic and organized effort to investigate a specific problem encountered in the work setting, that needs a solution.

It is an organized, systematic, data based, critical, objective, scientific inquiry or investigation into a specific problem, undertaken with the purpose of finding answers or solutions to it.

Research provide needed information for decision making.

It is resulted of a careful analysis of data gathered.
