1. Create identity and a sense of place
- Define gateways to the district - Invest in creative placemaking strategies - Enhance dark streets with new lighting - Architectural lighting
2. Enhance pedestrian environment and improve mobility
- Rebuild with curbless streets
- Design new seating that can also serve as planting beds
- Simplify security infrastructure - Expand sidewalks at key entrances
2. Rationalize deliveries and separate trucks from pedestrians
- Expand loading bays and enhance curb regulations - Pilot an urban delivery consolidation center
