Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, that provide services that are procured by

US DOT and US DOT funded agencies.

Current US DOT Programs

• Women & Girls Internship Program

• Short Term Lending Program

• Bonding Education Program

Women & Girls Internship Program

Encourage women to select transportation as a career choice.

Be a provider for an intern – hourly wage or possibly a US DOT stipend

Refer students and colleges to us – SBTRC will match applicants with providers

Encourage colleges to offer academic credit

Short Term Lending Program

• Companies that currently have contract with DOT or DOT funded project

• Lines of Credit, managed by DOT through cooperative agreements between DOT and Participating Lenders

• $150 application fee• Paid to Lender through two-party check

Bonding Education Program

• 10 week commitment• Access to surety bonding agents• Work on creating your company as bondable

or to expand your bond level
