    Theclassificationofphysicalexercisesinterestsspecialistslongago.Sog.[Natalov](1964,1968)studyingthisprobleminthegnosiologicalplan(fromthepositionofthetheoryofknowledge)itproposedtorankexercisesaccordingtothreesigns:accordingtothemethodofsportexercise,onthepurposeandaccordingtothenatureofmotion.Asaresultthestudiesoftheproblemoftheclassificationofphysicalexercisesintheregionofphysicaltrainingandsportwereoutlinedsomegeneralsigns,whichcomposethebasisoftheclassificationofthephysicalexercises:

    Technologyofthefulfillmentofsquattingswiththerodonthearms.Squattingwiththerodonthearmsthefirstcompetingexercise.Anytechnologyofthefulfillmentofphysicalexercisesinmanyrespectsdependsontechnicalrules.Thereforebeforetheexaminationofthetechnologyofthefulfillmentofcompetingexercisesin[pauerliftinge],letusbecomeacquaintedwiththerequirementsoftechnicalrulesfortheseexercises.Thus,thefirstcompetingexercisesquattingwiththerodonthearms.

    Squatting(rulesandtheorderofperformance).1. Aftertheremovalofrodfromthecounters(assistantsontheplatformtheycanrenderassistanceto
