A body of water as it rests on the area between a hill. In this area deposits of sand, silt and other organic material gather due to the movement of the water. The size and composition of these deposits can vary depending on the location and force of the water, the size of the valley, and the local soil variety.

A bank has been defined as a mound of soil or sediment. A coloquialism has been dirived from this when we say: “I Got Bank“ This is can be contrived to simply mean bragging about ones wealth, though the two share a common bond.

A Piggy Bank is a hollow plastic or porcelain object with a slit roughly one to two inches long at the top and an opening placed at the bottom with a latch. These are usually given to kids at an early age as a way to teach them how to save their money. In the past 30 years, piggy banks have taken more elaborate shapes and gone beyond a small piggy.

A location where blood is drawn by either donation or sale and stored for future use. Blood banks are also known as plasma centers. Uses include transfusions as well as other medical procedures. These include patients with artery issues and the plasma is used as a flushing agent for the veins. With the proteins embedded in plasma they are used to treat burn victims as well

A databank is a large amount of information gathered in a singular location for ease of access. This can be a library database or the file structure on an individual’s hard drive. Modern databanks take the form of cloud based web servers on the internet where users can upload their own files in addition to the websites these servers host with news articles, blogs, and other periodicals.
