This DCP Landscape Principles document informs the Development Contributions Plan (DCP) for the Armstrong Creek East Precinct (ACEP) by describing the scope of landscape works to be covered by the DCP and providing a Principles Diagram and Opinion of Probable Costs (OPCs) for each piece of landscape within the development.
Landscapes included in the ACEP DCP include sportsfi elds, pocket parks, greenways, creeks and waterways, easements, conservation zones, an exercise track, and a transit corridor.
GbLA have produced OPCs and Principles Diagrams for each of the landscape spaces identifi ed in the DCP, except for the three sportfsfi elds, as the scope of landscape works for the Active Open Spaces is identifi ed in the Armstrong Creek Social Interagency Infrastructure Delivery Plan (SIIDP) February 2009.
The Principles Diagrams in this document provide basic illustrations of the landscape developments included in the DCP and should not be read as sketch landscape designs.
The OPCs contained in the report form the basis of the landscape development costs outlined in the DCP, compiled by Prowse Quantity Surveyors.-
