Aptec Online Services

Policies and Procedures

Notes: All screen shots in the hand-book are samples and for training and documentation purpose only!

To access the online services, the customer has to access the Aptec Online website by visiting http://www.apteconline.com/ (Figure 1)

(Figure 1) Move your mouse over to “online services” to display the drop down menu where you can choose the services you want to use (Figure 2)

Statement of Account, Order Tracking System, Shipment Tracking To access these services, please click on the required from the drop down menu. Your browser will open a new page where you can enter your User ID and Password provided by the Aptec eCommerce Team. (Figure 3)

(Figure 3) If you don’t have a User ID and Password, you need to obtain one by clicking on the “Join Now” tab (Figure 4)

You will be then take to a new page where you need to enter your correct details in order for you to obtain your login credentials (Figure 5)

(Figure 5) In the Request Type, please select the type of service you need access to, as each service has a different password, but the same User ID (Figure 6)

After the request has been submitted, the customer will receive an automated reply from the Aptec eCommerce Team (Figure 8) Thank you for your request! Your application is under process. You will receive your login credentials within the next 2 working days.

Or if there is an error in the details provided by the company or the company name does not exist in the Aptec Database, a regret mail is also sent to the customer – Dear Sir, We recently received your application for login credentials of your Statement of Account. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your application at the moment since we were not able to find your company name “ABCDEF” in our database. Please check with the concerned Sales Person for your company name registered with Aptec Dsitribution FZ LLC. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks and regards,

Once the Customer receives his login credentials for the required service he can then go there and access it Statement of Account

Click on Customer Statement to access your statement of account (Figure 9)

Click on Order Status to see complete details

Shipment Tracking

Click on Shipment Tracking to see complete details

Return Material Authorization (Service RMA) Customer’s RMA process Customer has to follow these steps; whenever there is a faulty item (RMA).

1- Customer has to excess APTEC/TDME website for the faulty unit: http://aptec.ae/myReports/rma-submit.aspx ( APTEC RMA LINK) http://aptec.ae/TDMERMA/rma-submit.aspx ( TDME RMA LINK)
