Dear Commissioners,

I strongly urge you to deny Private Fuel Storage o license to construct a nuclear waste dump on the Skull Volley Goshute Reservation in Utah. The fact that 8 utilities can fiterolly buy their woy into building a private dump without any liability for accidents is o moral and scienlifit outrage. The nuclear industry is trying lo find o political solution lo a deadly environmental problem by targeting Native lands. Plus, lhe dump endangers all Americans by initialing the moss transportation of nuclear waste across t~e country Jo Utah. A license for the project would be o frighlening injustice.

Sincerely,
