Bad friends make you worse

If your friends smoke around you they will mostly damage you so don’t walk around with bad friends you have to choose friends carefully exactly like you choose your clothes.

People die from smoking

A lot of people die from smoking about 1 out of 3 people die from smoking and mostly from the poor countries.

How to quit smoking

There are many different ways to quit smoking.

1- Stay a way from bad people .

2- Try to play or any thing useful in your free time.

3- If you saw some smokers don’t approach them.

Smoking and respiratory diseases

1- A relative decline of the bronchus, leading to a lack of oxygen.

2- Increase the resistance of the entry and exchange of gases in lungs.

3- Smokers can’t breath like non-smokers.

Ingredients of cigarettes

Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals, including 43 known cancer-causing (carcinogenic) compounds and 400 other toxins. These include nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide, as well as formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, and DDT.

2- Make good friends.

3- Learn from others mistake.
