Art News!!!
AEIS art is moving along! We are in the midst of our PTO Fundraising lesson
Original Artworks. Your students artwork will be coming home in the next
week or so along with the idea packet, order form and price list. The 3rd graders
are focusing on personalized Boy’s Day Flags- one flag for each person in their
family,. 4th graders are doing shishas- fun imaginative lion dogs, and 5th graders
have several options from food, to musical instruments or the performers. Art
can always use HELPERS. If you would like to come and volunteer in art
please consider it! I can use help cutting paper, getting materials ready for the
next projects, and putting new art on bulletin boards. Email me if you can help
at any time! Mary.breshike@pac.dodea.edu
ATTENTION Important Information
Tardiness/Late Arrivals to School
When a student is late for school, his/her parents are required to sign the student in at the
Main Office and receive a tardy slip. Students cannot be dropped off without any notification
by the parents or guardians.
ARRIVAL TIME FOR STUDENTS Students should arrive at school between 08:35-08:45
**Students arriving prior to 08:35 are unsupervised**
Parents are asked to make the appropriate arrangements
for their child(ren)’s supervision and arrival at school.
Thank you for your assistance with providing a safe
environment for our students.
Student Drop-off/Pick-up The only approved student drop-off/pick-up is on Beeson Avenue.
The bus loop and parking lot is off limits when buses are present.
This is for the safety of our students.
Due to the high volume of calls that we receive for student messages,
we ask that you make transportation arrangements with your chil-
dren before they depart for school in the morning.
Your cooperation will greatly minimize the interruptions during the
instructional day.
If a message is necessary, please call before 2:30 so we can get the
message to your student in a timely manner.
On early release days, please call before 1:30.
