Bronzeville was the site of Chicago's version of the Harlem Renaissance, and was home to many famous African-Americans, including poet Gwendolyn Brooks and Quincy Jones. Bronzeville is also home to the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT).

HOBBIESI love to ski! This photo was taken in Park City, Utah as I was lifted up the mountain. Magnificent views caused me to almost crash skiing down.

Teaching a class as a platform artist for the Cosmetologists Chicago Association was so much fun. I’m a trained makeup artist and for many years it was my primary income. Now, it’s a hobby that I love.
