What is Access2day? A high-quality employer sponsored medical clinic (on-site or near-site) staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants; that provides quality patient care for primary, preventive and wellness care services.
Who can be treated at Access2day? Your employer provides you with an Access2day membership. To utilize an Access2day clinic, you and your family members must be on your employer’s health insurance plan.
Which conditions are treated at Access2day?
Access2day’s clinicians provide primary, preventative and wellness care. They perform a clinical assessment and provide quality patient care. If a prescription is required after your assessment, the provider can write a script for your diagnosis.
When is Access2day open? Hours will vary and is dependent on the clinic location. Use our location site on this website for state, locations and hours of service.
Which tests or screenings are available at Access2day? The clinic also offers basic lab and x-ray services. You can receive most common blood tests. Our tests include, but are not limited to, screenings for cholesterol, blood sugar, liver and kidney function, thyroid function, and prostatic specific antigen (PSA).
Do I need an appointment? You do NOT need an appointment; Access2day patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. However, scheduled appointments can be made if you desire.
How much will I have to pay for services at Access2day?
You will have “no out-of-pocket expense” for services provided at Access2day. The clinic provides quality healthcare for minor and common conditions, plus primary, preventive and wellness services. Access2day is an employee benefit provided by your employer.
Can I go to Access2day for any health issue?
Access2day providers treat many common problems for primary, preventative, and wellness care with no out-of-pocket for our Access2day members. After your provider assessment, if a higher level of care is required, a provider referral will be made for your care. If you do not have a primary care physician, our Access2day clinics can provide this care also. If you need a Specialty Physician for a more comprehensive level of care, this referral will be made for you; at which time, your health insurance and all applicable deductibles and co-pays will then apply.
Can I use any Access2day Clinic or just the one near my Employer?
Access2day is a reciprocal membership. You will have access to all Access2day Clinic locations.
What is a Chronic Disease and is it covered? A Chronic Disease is any medical issue that may require continuous evaluation and monitoring. Some common examples are high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, cancer, diabetes, and heart failure. Once a medical assessment is completed at Access2day, your diagnosis may or may not require a higher level of care for your chronic disease.
If a higher level of care is needed, your Access2day physician will refer you to the appropriate specialist at which time, your health insurance and all applicable deductibles and co-pays will then apply.
You can use Access2day for acute primary, preventative, and wellness care at any time, even if you are being treated for a chronic disease by another physician.
Can Access2day clinicians give prescriptions for routine or minor conditions? Yes, the providers can prescribe medications for your condition after they perform an assessment if they feel it is necessary.
Does it matter where my insurance coverage is?
Access2day Clinics are an enhancement to your insurance. Just present your employer health insurance card you presently have. You must be covered under your employer’s health insurance plan.

What are my responsibilities as an HR Manager in the Access2day Health Program? Actually, this program has NO new reporting requirements, enrollment, or administrative requirements for HR managers. Access2day Health is a GREAT new benefit to your employees –many employers have found reduced absenteeism, minor medical issues solved more quickly, and a more productive workforce.
What will my role be?Simply to help promote Access2day Health to your employees and answer any questions they may have.
What is the best way for me to educate my employees?Make sure your employees watch the Access2day Health video on the website and then have them download the Access2day Heath mobile app using search term Access2day Health which will have all vital information they will need. It shows directions to the nearest clinic and their business hours, as well as a list of all clinic locations and other vital information. Then pass out brochures and answer any questions. How does your app help my employees? The app lists the Access2day Health clinic locations and automatically defaults to the closest clinic (contingent on user opting-in to location services) and lists the relevant information for each clinic. There are also FAQ's, testimonials, video and link to access2dayhealth.com. Employees will also receive periodic reminders; for example, a flu shot reminder at the onset of flu season.
What other resources are available to me to help promote the program? Contact the dedicated HR Support team at 800.833.5021 or you can email HRsupport@access2dayhealth.com. We can send you brochures and other marketing materials such as worksite posters to educate your employees.

Is there an Access2day Health representative available that can help educate my employees?Yes, we can help educate your employees with short onsite meetings and webinars. Will I be notified of any Access2day Health communications or announcements with my employees?
As an HR Manager, you will get first notification of any communications for employees. How do I schedule a webinar for my employees? You will be notified when webinars are available. However, if you need to schedule one, please contact a representative with Access2day Health at 800.833.5021.
Can my employees still use their current primary care physician?Employees do not have to change their doctor; but co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles will apply with non-Access2day Health clinic visits.
What should I do if one of my employees has an issue with a visit to the Access2day Health clinic?Contact Access2day Health customer service during normal business hours at 800.797.9503 or send an email to customerservice@access2dayhealth.com. Employees can also call customer service with any issues or questions. Access2day Health usually resolves all customer support issues within 24 hours. Complaints may also be submitted via the website Member page. Can my employees go to Access2day Health with any health issue? Access2day Health providers treat many common problems for primary, preventative, and wellness care at no cost to members. In certain situations, your health condition may require a more specialized treatment (a “higher level of care”), one that is beyond standard primary care, preventative, or wellness procedures. These are beyond the treatments available in the Access2day Health program. In these instances, a patient’s regular health insurance would apply including co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
Are my employees assigned to a specific clinic depending on the workplace location? No, they are not assigned to any specific clinic location. Employees have access to any of the Access2day Health clinics.
