WELCOME The Breathe Easy Coalition of Maine works to reduce exposure to
secondhand smoke through development of strong voluntary policies that lead to reduced tobacco use and increased tobacco-free living across Maine. The Coalition works in four key environments: behavioral health facilities, colleges/universities, hospitals and multi-unit housing.
