1. The Leadenhall Building due to complete in 2014 is already 51% pre-let! It is also

2. The Gherkin 30 St Mary Axe, also known as The Gherkin is London’s first environmentally progressive working environment. The top

three floors contain a restaurant and bar.

3. The Shard The Shard, London Bridge Quarter have a range of sizes

of available office space offering unrivalled views of London and naturally ventilated winter gardens

4. The Walkie Talkie 20 Fenchurch Street – The Walkie Talkie – due to be

completed in 2014 costing over £200 million. On completion it will be 525 feet tall

5. The Pinnacle Nicknamed the helter skelter. Progress has not been

made since 2012

6. Heron Tower Completed in 2011 it includes a 70,000 litre aquarium

with around 1,200 fish - largest privately owned collection in Uk with over 60 species of fish.

7. Willis Building Willis Building - took 1,500,000 man hours to complete

for over 30,000 workers.

8. Lloyds Building Also known as “Inside Out Building” - it’s an example of

Bowellism architecture which keeps ducts and lifts to the exterior of the building to maximise space inside the

building. It’s the youngest building to ever reach a Grade I listed building status

9. City Hall Opened in 2002. purportedly shaped to improve energy

efficiency

10. BT Tower Previously known as Post Office Tower, London Telecom

Tower and British telecom tower
