1. When inserting new slide, you can

determine which layout to use:

a. Title slide.

b. Title & Content Slide so you can add:-

Clip art , Video, Chart, Table and diagram.

c. Blank slide.

d. Content slide

You can create new slide using Slides group from the Home Tab:

You can change the layout for existing slide from:

◦ Slides group ---- Layout◦ Then choose the layout you want.

A -To apply a design to all slides:-

◦ Design Tab → Click on the design you want to apply

◦ It will be applied to all slides

Design Tab → Right click on the design you want to apply, choose apply to selected slides

B- To apply a design to the selected slides:-

1.You can choose a background from the list

To change the background of a slide:-

• Header and footer can be applied to all slides or only to selected slides.

• Insert tab choose header and footer
