Madison believes those who achieve deserve recognition. The Partner Incentive Program is a company-wide plan where Partners are financially rewarded after achieving specific transaction milestones within a twelve-month period.

Our “Friends & Family” is a transaction privilege that allows our Partners to have one transaction per year at a highly-discounted rate.

PROFIT SHARE

The Amherst Madison Profit-Sharing Plan encourages all Agents to have “Ownership” in the profitability of their local offices.

A portion of each Operating Center’s profits are distributed monthly based upon an Agent’s individual production, the production of others the Agent mentors, and the profitability of the office.

After a three-year vesting period, an Agent has the ability to earn residual income even after they are no longer in real estate.
