West Virginia: Integrated with AmberVision

Unless parents decide to opt out of the program, all West Virginia children in public schools will be registered with Ambervision using their school directory info.

Securlinx, our Ambervision partner, can ensure that student photos will be correctly matched with directory info as long as they have two points of reference.

As such, schools and counties will be asked to require their photographers to provide digitized copies of student photos with the child’s name and birthday.

Schools will provide the photo/name/DOB to counties who will then release the information to Securlinx to be integrated into the Ambervision system free of charge!

This new system will ensure that the burden of work shifts from the schools and counties to our Ambervision partner, Securlinx.
