Directions

Directions

Combine the Tequila and the Orange Juice with Ice. Slowly pour the Grenadine so that it sinks to the bottom of the glass.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and pour contents into Collins glass.

Variations:Blue Hawaiian w/ Coconut Cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients [except coke] in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and pour contents into Collins glass. Top with coke.

• 1.5 oz Bacardi Limon• .5 oz Triple Sec [or St. Germaine]• 1.5 oz Sour Mix• Splash Sprite or Club Soda• Sugar Cube • Lime Wedges• Mint

Directions

Muddle 3 lime wedges [+/-], mint [a bunch!] and sugar in a mixing glass. Add ice. Combine alcohol and sour mix. Shake. Shake. Shake. Pour into Collins glass. Top with Soda.

Variations:*You can experiment with different flavors by muddling berries or other fruit in addition to the limes, and then using the same flavor of Rum. You can even substitute the triple sec with complementary liqueurs.Ex: Raspberry Mojito: Muddled Raspberries, Bacardi Razz, Peach Schnapps [or St Germaine or Chambord]

Variations:Try cosmos with a twist! Substitute the citron vodka for another flavor.

Directions

[If you’re using puree, skip this step: Muddle Lychee w/ Juice]. Add ice and all ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Variations:After you strain the martini into the glass, add a dash of colored liqueur [ex: blue curacao, strawberry liqueur, or midori] to the middle of the martini glass. The liqueur will sink to the bottom and will look pretty!

• 1.5 oz Tequila• .5 oz Cointreau [Triple Sec]• 1.5 oz Sour Mix• Roses Lime Juice [of lime, orange,

sugar] • Splash OJ• Salt, optional

Glass: Rocks, Margarita GlassGarnish: Lime Wedge

Directions

[If you’re using Roses Lime Juice, skip this step: Muddle 3 lime wedges [+/-] and 1 orange slice with sugar]. Combine ingredients in mixing glass w/ ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice.

You can easily make this a frozen margarita by blending the liquid ingredients with ice [equal parts ice to liquid]. Or, I prefer, blending it with FROZEN FRUIT in lieu of ice.

Variations:*You can experiment with different flavors by muddling berries or other fruit in addition to the limes. You can even substitute the triple sec with complementary liqueurs.Ex: Strawberry Margarita: Muddled Strawberries… and substitute St. Germaine or Strawberry Liqueur or Peach Schnapps for the Cointreau.

Easy Variation: Buy prepackaged margarita mix… Just add tequila

Easy to remember: Kamikazes are “very loyal troops”… VLT = Vodka, Lime Juice, Triple Sec

Variation: Birthday Cake: Substitute the Vanilla Vodka for the Citron Vodka. Add a splash of Bailey’s, optional. You can douse the lemons in sambuca and set it ablae for an added kick

• 1 part Kahlua• 1 part Bailey’s• 1 part Grand Marnier

Glass: ShotNo Garnish

Directions

Layer the alcohol [pour VERY SLOWLY]: Kahlua first, then Bailey’s, then Grand Marnier] in the shot glass.

Tip: Tilt the glass on its side and let the alcohol slide down the glass’s side so it floats… Or pour the alcohol over a spoon so it floats

Set the Grand Marnier on fire! Be careful not to burn yourself or your lips!

Variation: Substitute any lighter density alcohol for the Grand Marnier. It has to have a high alcohol proof to catch fire. Many people like to use 151… yuck!

Jolly Rancher

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain contents into a shot glass/ martini glass.

This is another great party drink because it’s easy to make in large quantities and tastes yummy!

Variations: You can make different flavored jolly rancher shots by substituting the flavors of liqueurs. [Ex: make a cherry jolly rancher by substituting sloe gin or grenadine for the apple schnapps]
