Presently working as an Electrical substation project tendering – estimation – Design - QA Engineering & CO-ordination Engineer for MEW,OIL & GAS Projects and handling all engineering activities for oil sector substation projects for KOC, KNPC & MEW substation project for packaged s/s, elevated s/s and concrete s/s as listed below.

Preparation of single line diagram, development of logic and specifications for metering, control and protection schematics for MV/LV switchgear, control panels, protection panels and SCADA related requirements.

CO-ordination activities with supplier, contractor and customer for quality related issues, to carry out testing, issue of test report, inspection report, NCR and other quality related documents.

Basic knowledge of ETAP software.

Familiar with various report generated by ETAP, such as load flow, short circuit analysis as well as motor starting analysis.

Site visits to know the technical requirements for extension / modification.

Review of subcontractor / vendor drawings and to carry out inspection for subcontracting equipments.

To co-ordinate with design and Production department and to carry out FAT and SAT

To carry out trouble shooting for substation equipment to determine their causes and recommends action to eliminate for such problem, which includes carrying out tests on equipments.

Employed in New Age Industries, Mumbai, with its Baroda Branch, Looking after the entire marketing and after sales activities for various products in fire fighting field such as fire hose, hydrants, fire water monitors, sprinklers, etc. The nature of job involved tendering and order execution, technical discussion with customers, providing demonstration for fire equipments and collection of payments and routine follow-up for the entire Gujarat State (India).

(1) Routine electrical testing for current transformer and voltage transformer.
