And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah, "They are dead." Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not. Surah Baqra(154)

Imam Khomeni on the martyrdom of Shaheed Quaid Al-

lama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini: ’’I have lost my dear

son.’’

‘’It Is a duty of this Noble Ummah to keep alive the

thoughts of this personality’’

Shaheed Quaid Allama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini opened his eyes on 25th November 1946 in Pewaar Parachinaar. In 1962 Shaheed Quaid Allama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini took admission in the newly established Madressah e Jaffaria administered by Haji Ghulam Jaffer. Najaf Period Staying for a while in Para Chinar Madressah, Shaheed Quaid Allama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini decided to further his religious studies departed for Najaf, Iraq in 1967. In 1973, Shaheed Quaid Allama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini decided to return home after six and half years in Najaf. In this period at home, he married the daughter of his uncle Syed Yunus Jaan Khateeb Aalim Sher. Allah blessed them with 5 sons and 2 daughters. After the passing of Quaid e Millat mufti Jafar Hussain, the representatives of the shia community and the Ulama of Pakistan gathered in the city of Bakhar and elected Alama Syed Arif Hussain Al Hussaini as the new Quaid e Mil-lat Jafferiyah. After he was Elected he worked hard and visited all big or small Cities of Pakistan, and motivated the nation to strive for Unity. He tired to achieve the rights of Millat e Jafferiyah and struggled for the Islamic sys-tem in the country. He organised and spoke in very seminars, conventions and conferences to achieve the rights of the Nation. In the Quran and sunnat Conference 1986 in Lahore he said we are muslims, we are shia, we are pakistani, and must work for these three statuses. Appointment as Walie e Faqih representative by Imam Khomeni Imam Khomeni issued a written statement announcing Shaheed Quaid Allama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini as his representative in Pakistan. One could say that that written statement by Imam Khomeni gave real strength to Shaheed Quaid Allama Arif ul Hussain Al Hussaini’s leadership as his popularity among masses increased manifold. After becoming the official representative of Wali e Faqih, Shaheed Quaid again visited the whole country with new vigour and purpose. He only worked for four years but raised the moral and status of the Millat very high. The enemy of Islam saw him as a threat and didn't want him to raise a revolution. So they planned to assassinate him, At the time of morning prayer in Peshawar in his Madressa, with a gun shot, on the 5th of August 1988 he was Assassinated. His Passing way caused the nation to lose their great Leader. Thousands attended his funeral in Peshawar and he was buried in Parachinaar.

Message Of Unity By Shaheed Arif Hussaini

I request my Shia brothers to spend a brotherly life with other Muslim bothers live with them with love and unity I

am not saying this on behalf my self but its our sixth Imam, Jafar Sadiq (as) who says ’’.. go to the Mosque of your

Muslims brothers, join them in their prayers, if someone dies at their place join them for the funeral. if someone

is sick, check on their health..’’ This is the teachings of our Imam, similarly the funder of the Islamic revolution

says that whoever gives air to the Shia Sunni conflict let it be known, that he is neither Sunni nor a Shia but he is a

agent of the imperialists.

Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) Imam Jaʿfar ibn Muhammad al-Sādiq Born on the 17th Rabī‘ al-Awwal 83 AH was a descendant of

Ali from his father's side and a descendant of Abu Bakr from his mother's side and was himself a prominent Muslim ju-rist. He is the sixth Imam and leader, spiritual successor to

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Imam Al-Sadiq was celebrated among his brothers and peers and stood out among them for his great personal

merits. He is highly respected by both Sunni and Shi'a Mus-lims for his great Islamic scholarship, pious character, and

academic contributions.

Our Shi'a Islamic fiqh, Ja'fari jurisprudence is named after him. The books on Ja'fari jurisprudence were later written by Muhammad ibn Ya'qub al-Kulayni (864- 941), Ibn Ba-

bawayh (923-991), and Sheikh Abu Jaffar Muhammad Ibne Ali Ibne Hassan Tusi (460 AH).

Shahadat on the 25th of Shawwāl 148 AH

The Duty and Compulsion of Attainment of Knowledge

Imam Jaffer al-Sadiq (AS) has said, "Acquire knowledge of religious jurisprudence. Any one among you who does not become efficient in religious jurisprudence is a rustic. Allah in His Holy Book says, "Let them devote themselves to studies in religion and admonish their comrades when they return to them so that

they may guard themselves against evil." (9:121).

Imam Jaffer al-Sadiq (AS), in order to stress upon the absolute necessity of acquiring knowledge said, "I would rather like my companions to be flogged on their heads so that they may (be compelled to) ac-

Mausoleum containing the bodies of Imam Hassan (A.S), Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (A.S), Imam Baqir (A.S) , Imam Sadiq (A.S) and Hazrat Fatimah (S.A) prior to its destruction.

Grave of Imam Hassan (A.S), Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (A.S), Imam Baqir (A.S) , Imam Sadiq (A.S) and Hazrat Fatimah (S.A) after destruction of the Mousoleum and Jannat-ul-Baqi

88 YEARS AGO, ON 21ST APRIL 1925, (8TH SHAWWAL 1345 A.H.) ,ONE OF THE ISLAM'S HOLIEST PLACES,JANNATUL-BAQI WAS DEMOLISHED BY SAUDI GOVERNMENT

The Origins of Al-Baqi Literally “al-Baqi” means a tree garden. It is also known as “Jannat al-Baqi” due to its sancti-ty, since in it are buried many of our Prophet’s relatives and companions. Jannatul Baqi is the place where Imam Hassan (A.S), Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (A.S), Imam Baqir (A.S) , Imam Sadiq (A.S) and Hazrat Fatimah (S.A) peace be upon them all are buried in Jannat-ul-Baqi. On 8th Shawwal, Wednesday, in the year 1345 AH (April 21, 1925), mausoleums in Jannatul al-Baqi (Madina) were demolished by King Ibn Saud. He also demolished the tombs of holy personages at Jannat al-Mualla (Makkah) where the Holy Prophet (s)’s mother, wife, grandfather and other ancestors are buried. The same type of extremist today are trying to demolish the Mausoleum of Hazrat Zainab S.A. Majlis e Ulama Shia Europe condemns the terrorist attacks from Salafis/ Takfiris on the Holy Shrine of Syeda Zainab (AS) – the granddaughter of Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and the daughter of Imam Ali (AS) and Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS).

Jannatul Baqi (Garden of Heaven)

The terrorist and extremist who are trying to demolish holy shrine of Hazrat Zainab (S.A) are the ones who keep enmity towards the holy fami-ly of our Prophet (SAWW). These are the people with the same Yazidi and Takfiri ideolo-gy who killed the Ahlebait AS in their lifetime and now the followers of same school of thought are after destroying the shrines of Ahlebait AS in present times with the sup-port of enemies of Islam.

M.U.S requests all the Mus-limeen to participate in your local peaceful protests to make your voice heard. We demand the Saudi govern-ment to rebuild the graves of holy personalities of Islam.
