About AISDenver based Aviation Information Services, Inc. (AIS) has been a highly visible presence in the AvComp (Aviation Computing) industry since 1977, demonstrating significant success in the development and marketing of aviation management software for use by an International base of Corporate, Government and Military flight departments. Originally formed as a batch-processing company (where AIS staff processed flight log information and generated management reports for clients on a monthly basis), AIS grew dramatically as developments in computer technology and software evolved, expanding our product line to include a wide range of innovative management tools.

At the onset of the 1980s, AIS pioneered the development of aviation management software for use on personal computers. In 1990, AIS released the industry’s first Windows based Scheduling System, DISPATCH 2001. Then, in 1992 unveiled 2001 XG, Corporate Aviation’s first, and to this day, only integrated Flight Scheduling, Maintenance and Inventory desktop system.

And of note, 2001 XG Maintenance is unique in corporate aviation as the industry’s only maintenance tracking product able to post and retrieve compliance data directly from (and to) Camp Systems, CMP.net and CESCOM concurrently. As a result, mixed fleet operators using 2001 XG Maintenance enjoy a single entry point for compliance, work order and inventory control that covers their entire fleet, and again – if needed, can simultaneously post and retrieve compliance data from CAMP Systems, CMP.net or CESCOM.

Today, AIS’ flagship product, MILLENNIA, is the result of a five year development cycle that leveraged a feature list garnered from AIS’ wide ranging client base and fueled by AIS' commitment to enhance our programs as technological advances are revealed and the aviation industry continues to serve notice of their growing business requirements. Comparably, AIS now has the benefit of more than thirty years experience with Scheduling, Maintenance, Inventory, and Charter Quote software systems that have been deployed in a who's who list of flight departments worldwide. And with our eyes focused on the expanding technical reaches our market presents, we are steadfast in our commitment to champion innovation in our industry.

And in respect to 'Innovation'...

In 1996, Mal Gormley, a contributing editor to BCA magazine, published a book titled: ‘Aviation Computing Systems’. While it was unlikely to have made the New York Times Best Seller list that year, it was none-the-less a rather rare bird in that it took a one of a kind, in-depth look at computer technology as it had been applied to the business of Aviation. Throughout the book, Mal wrote in detail about the various types of computer based applications and services that had been developed for many aspects of aviation, including Corporate (Business) Aviation.

(Continued on Next Page) Back To Top

2

Page 3: AIS Millennia

Mal wrote, and again – in generous detail, how AIS was not only the first company to identify a computer based services market in Corporate Aviation, but was also the first to “define and computerize tasks that until that time had been mostly intuitive exercises”, and - deploy it’s computer based dispatch tools in a International base of Flight Departments, corporate or otherwise. That took place 30 years ago, and quite literally marked the beginning of where this vast, ever evolving technical market place called, ‘AvComps’, began.

For AIS, those ‘First Ever’ accomplishments did not end in 1977, but were realized again and again over the next 30 years with products such as OAS/91, AIS DISPATCH, Dispatch 2001, 2001 XG, XG Maintenance and now Millennia.

Please consider…

There were no computerized Dispatch Management tools for Corporate Aviation, ever, before OAS/91…

There were no Dispatch products installed in Corporate Flight Departments, ever, before AIS DISPATCH (OAS/91’s younger brother)…

There were no MS Windows based fleet management products for Corporate Aviation, ever, before DISPATCH 2001…

There were no Integrated (Dispatch / Scheduling, Maintenance & Inventory) software products in Corporate Aviation, ever, before 2001 XG…

There were no (and still aren’t any) maintenance programs that provide a ‘single entry point’ to post and retrieve compliance data simultaneously to and from Camp Systems, CMP, and CESCOM, ever, before XG Maintenance…

And…

There were no ‘Convergence’ products in Corporate Aviation, ever, before Millennia.

AIS has always looked at the Aviation market in a specific light where we ask what problems and/or needs are out there that we can provide solutions for that will provide us a means to run a business and perhaps even have some fun (after all we are just tech geeks at heart) or even find a paradigm or two we can shift while we are at it. Never do we ask – what products are already out there that we can copy or emulate as a free ride on someone else’s intellectual coattails. We have very little, or better yet, no interest in re-inventing the wheel, but are much more satisfied having invented it ourselves. In short, it is all about the Innovation.

Millennia... ' Thinking Outside the Box ‘

3

Page 4: AIS Millennia

As with any design, systems age and the same is true with the various products AIS has released over the past 30 years. However, we have always recognized that the best way to avoid the hazards associated with maintaining products that eventually transition into obsolescence, is to make every effort in advance of that obsolescence to introduce a next generation product line to succeed it. In fact, doing so has always been cornerstone to AIS’ business model and why we have been able to maintain the market share over the years that we have enjoyed.

MILLENNIA is the direct result of that planning model. As our previous product 2001 XG Scheduling began to age, we were determined this time around to engineer a management tool that was not based solely on our interpretation of what constitutes a ‘next generation’ system, but rather - engineer a product based on the definitions gleaned from the real experts in AvComps, the flight departments themselves.

In addition, we were intent on identifying an architecture that was truly scalable for end users, and one - for internal purposes that would provide a more efficient means to manage a large program code base. One that when the next (inevitable) paradigm shift in computing technology reveals itself, we are positioned to adopt those changes, if not actually capable of sailing right through them.

To accomplish the first, we spent the better part of the late nineties and early Millennia working hand in hand with our large user community to identify the business and interface requirements from which AIS’ next generation system should be derived. We formed Millennia User Committees to provide input on Millennia’s modular content from which we gleaned our functional design strategies.

We achieved our second goal by ‘thinking outside of the box’ in respect to data model and user interface designs defining an approach that would withstand evolving demands as technology and market advances become apparent.

In addition, we also knew we no longer should rely on the ‘Window’ interface itself to maintain the system ‘smarts’, but rather utilize the Window presentation layer for just that – presenting the interface, while putting the ‘smarts’ of the system on the back end with the data, independent – and insulated from any eventual interface tool changes.

But to do so, also meant that we had to find a back end with a technological core resistant to obsolescence, one that we could in effect, ‘Ride the Coat Tails’ of through any future technology shift. Enter : Oracle…

As a result : While Millennia itself will indeed age gracefully, its’ core architecture, however - both in data management and code base is flexible enough to withstand even the most unexpected industry business rule changes, as well as providing safe haven to all as the battle between client tools, web interfaces and desktop dominance wages on.

Millennia Key FeaturesAutomated Email & Calendar Alerts (MS Outlook / Lotus Notes)

7

Page 8: AIS Millennia

Millennia’s automated Email & Calendar Alert management tools provide flight departments a powerful, yet extremely easy to implement group of communication resources which allow users to identify specific types of trip and personnel scheduling events, that when triggered will generate automated Email Alert notifications and departmental (shared) or personal Calendar updates via MS Outlook or Lotus Notes. Automated email and calendar alert recipients (those who receive alert emails or have their Outlook or Lotus Notes calendars updated with alert information) may be defined through Millennia’s Company, Personnel, Passenger or Vendor profile management interfaces. In addition, alert recipient status may also be assigned to any number of ‘contacts’ associated to Personnel, Passengers and Vendors tracked in Millennia via Millennia’s Contact Management interface.

Triggering events that will generate email & calendar alerts are (but not limited to) :

When…

- Trips are scheduled or their itineraries change (dates, times, new legs etc…).

- Passengers are manifested or changes to the manifest are made.

- Crewmembers are assigned to trips or changes to the crew are made.

- Vendors are assigned (FBO, caterers, etc..) or changes to Vendor logistics are made.

- Millennia’s ATC interface reports takeoffs, landings & outbound / inbound delays.

- Department personnel are assigned non-flight activity (admin, training, etc…) Back To Top

Millennia Key FeaturesAutomated Email & Calendar Alerts (MS Outlook / Lotus Notes) - Continued

8

Page 9: AIS Millennia

Examples of to whom Alerts can be sent (but not limited to) :

Department managers, chief pilots and crewmembers may be identified to receive alert notifications and calendar updates when personnel are assigned to flights.

Executives, and/or their contacts (an administrative assistant for example) may be assigned alert recipient status so that when the Executive is manifested on a trip, or a planned trip’s itinerary changes, they are automatically emailed the Executives current itinerary, and if desired, their personal Outlook or Lotus Notes calendars updated with that information – again, all automatically.

Maintenance Managers, Technicians or Dispatchers may be set-up to receive real time progressive flight following alert notifications (takeoffs, landings & outbound / inbound delays) as aircraft transact their flights.

Vendors and any related contacts may be automatically alerted when they are assigned as a logistic vendor (FBO, Caterer, Limo etc…) to a flight, yet more importantly - after they are assigned, again re-alerted if the flight itinerary changes which may have the potential to impact the delivery or fulfillment of that Vendor’s product or service.

Managers and Personnel may be defined as email and calendar alert recipients when non-flight activity assignments (Admin, Training, Stand-by, Time-off etc…) are scheduled for department personnel through Millennia’s Personnel Activity Management interface.

As referenced earlier, any contact(s) that are assigned through Millennia’s Contact Management interface for the purpose of being associated as contacts for department managers, personnel, passengers, and vendors may also be defined as Alert recipients, who - in addition to those managers, personnel, passengers, and vendors will also receive copies of the email or calendar alerts.

In addition, alert preferences may be set so that shared department Outlook or Lotus Notes calendars may be automatically updated as aircraft and trips are scheduled, modified and flown.

Managing Alerts :

Email alerts and Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar updates may be issued (automatically) anytime a triggering event (as described above) takes place. Or, the information garnered from each triggering event can be accumulated over a series of events and then appended in one (all) encompassing alert message imbedded in the text of an alert email or the notes section of a calendar event update, which are each issued at the end users discretion.

Alerts may also be formatted based on user preferences to allow additional (on the fly) comments, notes or changes which may be appended to or contained in the pre-formatted email or calendar alert information.

Email Alerts may be formatted in two types – either as a standard ‘Notification’ or as a schedule ‘Request’.

Standard email ‘notifications’ are traditional emails issued either automatically upon a triggering event, or at the Dispatcher’s discretion. Standard notifications contain complete (auto) formatted information relative to the trip or activity assignment the recipient is being notified of. In addition, if set to do so (via Alert Preferences), the activity will be updated on a shared department Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar. This whether the event is trip scheduling based, crew based, personnel activity based or vendor based.

Assignment or schedule ‘Requests’ are also emails, but formatted with ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ buttons on the email form. When used, the recipient either ‘accepts’ or ‘declines’ the request, after which Millennia, will perform one of the following : If the request is accepted, Millennia will put the event / activity on the recipients personal Outlook / Lotus Notes Calendar and/or a shared departmental Outlook / Lotus Notes Calendar. If the request is declined, then the event / activity is not posted on any calendar and Millennia notified that the request was declined.

Millennia provides user defined color controls to identify specific actions or events on the Outlook / Lotus Notes Calendars.

Web (Internet) Extensions

Java based Millennia Web Extensions are a suite of web browser accessed interfaces that provide users the means to (securely) access and manipulate Millennia data via the Internet (or Corporate/Company Intranet).

Millennia’s Web Extension interfaces include :

Schedule Searches : Aircraft, Crew, Passenger & Proximity

Remotely search schedule status for Aircraft, Crew and Passengers. All results include full access to trip itineraries, manifests, logistics and crew compliments. Results may be displayed in an interactive Tree List or a adjustable ‘one to twelve month’ interactive Calendar format. Proximity searches allow users to define a date & destination from which to search trip itineraries to determine if there is a combination of trip legs (contained in or across trip itineraries) that provide routing for the user to get to their required destination, or within a set proximity to the destination, on or by a specific date.

Remote Trip Requests

In addition to extensive schedule searches, users (example: Executives) have access to easy to use web based tools which allows them to request trips online. Complete itineraries may be defined with full contact management, logistics control and passenger identification included as part of the request. When completing the request forms, a trip will automatically be built and coded (QA) for review by the flight department dispatchers who, from that point on, will take over management of the trip. Automated Email alerts notify Executives and Flight Department personnel of all transactions as the request and trip fulfillment process proceeds.

Remote Trip Posting

A complete Trip Posting interface is available via any web browser. Users (example: Pilots on trips) have efficient online forms to input and/or manage all aspects of a Trip’s Posting transactions. Features include the remote posting and/or management of :

Itinerary Times Crew Accomplishments ManifestsExpenses Aircraft & Component Times Supplemental Data

Remote Passenger Profile Management

To assist Flight Department Personnel in the management of an Executive’s Profile, (Contact Information, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Address Changes, Credit Card Data, Preferences, etc..), Remote Passenger Profile provides a secure online interface for Executives to update their own Profile information that is maintained by the Flight Department.

Additional Remote Profile Management : Personnel, Aircraft, Vendors and Airports

Similar to Passenger Profile Management, secured users have online access to Personnel, Aircraft, Vendors and Airport data which can be queried or edited when needed.

All Millennia Security Protocols are applied to the Web Extension Tools Back To TopMillennia Key Features Remote Access Devices – Smart Phone, Blackberry & PDA Support

12

Page 13: AIS Millennia

Special Millennia Applets have been developed to Run under both the Microsoft Mobile Operating System

and the Blackberry OS. This allows users who carry any Windows Mobile (Smart-phone, PDA etc...) or

Blackberry Device the ability to connect to their Millennia Servers and retrieve data via that device.

Schedule Searches : Aircraft, Crew, Passenger & Proximity

Remotely search schedule status for Aircraft, Crew and Passengers. All results include full access to trip itineraries, manifests, logistics and crew compliments. Proximity searches allow users to define a date & destination from which to search trip itineraries to determine if there is a combination of trip legs (contained in or across trip itineraries) that provide routing for the user to get to their required destination, or within a set proximity to the destination, on or by a specific date.

Millennia Key Features Charter Quote

13

Page 14: AIS Millennia

Charter Quote is fully integrated within Millennia’s Trip Building and Contact Management tool set, providing end users the ability to leverage all of Millennia’s vast Scheduling management components during the Quote and resulting Trip fulfillment process.

But what this also means, is that when you are generating a quote (on the phone, in person, etc…), Millennia’s process control is simultaneously building a trip in the background which matches the itinerary you are quoting. While it is full fledged Trip, it is actually embedded in the quote and will remain off your formal schedules until you say it’s time, whether that’s five minutes or five months after you create the quote. It’s as simple as point and click – the trip is on the schedule. As a result, there are no unruly or kluge like conversions that you need go through to take your quote and turn in into a trip. You can manifest, assign logistics, even crew the embedded trip, and – it gets better… If you change the Quote, the trip automatically changes to match the quote, or even vice versa where if you change the trip, the quote will automatically re-calculate, and this applies even after you put the trip on your active schedule.

Unlimited Quote Profiles may be defined to track specific default rates / parameters for Users, Customers, Aircraft, Aircraft Types and Situational Factors.

Quote unlimited Aircraft (or Aircraft Types) simultaneously where all applied (profile) rates and parameters can be over-ridden / adjusted ‘On the Fly’ per Quote (for all Aircraft), or - per Aircraft, and/or - per Leg. This facilitates the ability for Users to quickly fine tune Quotes (to any extent) for any situation or requirement.

Users may Customize Printed Quotes / Invoices via Millennia Report Designer. Quotes / Invoices may be sent to : Printer, Preview, Screen, Email, PDF, File, Disk, HTML, Postscript, RTF & Clipboard

Millennia Reporting

Millennia supports an extensive array of system reports covering Trip Information (Flight Logs, PAX itineraries, Logistics, Expenses, Schedules, etc…), Personnel Management (Crew Logs, Currency Status, Duty Status, Schedules etc…), Passenger Charge Back Information, SIFL Charges, Entity Management (Personnel, Passenger, Aircraft, Airport, Vendor, Customer, Company etc…) and many more.

In addition, AIS has spent considerable effort to design and engineer a next generation End User Design environment that allows users with little or no reporting experience to create data rich report content. This is not an ad-hoc environment, but rather a power design environment implemented with an extremely user friendly interface. Millennia’s Report Designer capabilities are discussed in more detail further below.

All Millennia Reports, even those created by the end user utilizing one of Millennia’s Report Designer

Interfaces, are Managed and Printed via a single Interface : Report-a-Gator

Like the Millennia Tool Bar and Find Window, Report-a-gator reconfigures itself on the fly to display all reports specific to the calling interface ( or top window). Additionally, all User Specified ‘Favorite’ Reports as well as access to All Millennia reports are provided through this one interface.

More powerfully, any combination of searches, filters, sort parameters and values that are input by an end

user when printing a specific report, may be saved - preserving all of the unique printing parameters that

were used to pull certain data which will then be automatically preset whenever the report is printed again.

Reports may be sent to : Printer, Preview, Screen, Email, PDF, File, Disk, HTML, Postscript, RTF & Clipboard.

Report Designers

Millennia Report Designers enable end users to very easily customize existing Millennia Reports

through an intuitive, extremely user friendly interface that provides tools to define and enhance

presentation content and graphical design. The following existing Millennia Reports may be used

for customization :

Itineraries Flight Logs Passenger Manifests US & Intl Custom Forms

Crew Logs SIFL Reports Charge Back Reports Usage Reports

Fuel Reports Schedules Currency Reports Duty Reports

No special skills or programming is required – all presentation content (report fields) are chosen

from a list and each field is tied to a preset routine that automatically populates the content for the

field on the report. All users need do is decide what data content they do or do not want on a

particular report, where the content should be positioned and what graphical design objects (lines,

rectangles, Fonts & Images etc..) they wish to customize the report look with.

In addition to customizing existing Millennia Reports, Custom reports may also be designed from the ground up.

As a rules based system, Millennia provides efficient and powerful rules driven controls governing all aspects of the program. Changes in behavior, (whether Security, User Interface, Navigation, or Data Validation based) are governed and implemented by changing the data set, not the application code.

The data is logically divided into business and application rules which are maintained and modified through a standard GUI. In other words, the rules maintenance is a data entry operation.

With the runtime creation and modification of GUI objects facilitated through the implementation of a rules based applications, this promotes high reuse of code and supports true object oriented analysis and design.

Frame Driven with Pattern Design…

Millennia implements the Model-View-Control paradigm as standardized by SmallTalk, Microsoft Foundation Classes and Java Swing Set. This well-known and well-defined architecture promotes high reuse of code and supports true object oriented analysis and design. Moreover, the runtime creation and modification of GUI objects facilitates the implementation of a rules based applications.

This architecture supports application modification through the manipulation of data sets. Centralized Architecture

Taking directions from data resident rules, Millennia Frame, (a collection of Super Classes), manages all common interface functions and behavior. As a result, Millennia’s code base is extremely efficient and streamlined.

Millennia Frame Manages :

- Interface Behavior for Windows, Menus & Tool Bar

- Window Mode (eg, Insert, Edit & Delete)

- Window Stack Management (Multi Instance & Modes)

- Interface Color Control

- Language and User Defined Label Content Control

- Menu Content and Applicability

- Tool Bar Configuration (As Windows Brought to Top)

AIS' traditional product licensing model has been to issue 'Right To Use' software agreements where our products are licensed, then installed at a client (Licensee's) site. Under this approach, AIS provides installation, training and via a support agreement defined in each license – ongoing update & support services issued on an annual basis.  In turn, clients are responsible for their network, hardware, XG Data File or Oracle Server administration, web services administration (if using one of AIS web products), security administration, software upgrade installations and data back-ups. This licensing model has proven very practical over the years for our clients and will continue to be ever present in our ongoing Licensing approach.

However, with client responsibilities (network, hardware, web services, server and security administration, software upgrade installations and data back-ups) sometimes difficult to provide for, we have implemented a second, or alternative licensing approach. One where, as a contracted service, AIS programs are not installed and maintained on a client's local network, but rather accessed remotely from an application service provider (ASP) who manages all aspects of the product and data administration from their 'hosted' environment. The client need only log on remotely and get to work. No run-times or upgrades to install, no back-ups to make sure are run, no security holes to plug and no servers to tune or optimize. Additionally, rather than license our products for use through a software license agreement, if a department opts for the ASP approach - AIS would provide for the use of it's products via a simplified Services Agreement that covers use and administration through an annual fee basis.

To facilitate this, AIS contracts with IPC Logistics, an Ohio based ASP specializing in (ultra) secure Aviation and Federal Project Systems hosting. IPC clients utilizing the ASP services include the US Department of Energy.

AIS may perform maintenance on the network that will suspend operations. While rare, this will only occur with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Additionally, all virus alerts and mandatory operating system updates will be performed according to Issuer of Update. All scheduled events will be sent with a 72-hour notice. Security will be addressed with your Department’s IT.

All Users will be Authenticated against the AIS/IPC Network. All Users will be Authenticated against Millennia. Firewalls, routers, and virus protection will be implemented and maintained by AIS/IPC.

Hosting Business Process FlowAIS/IPC hosting architecture is defined by the following illustration where End Users utilizing their Web Browsers and Citrix clients from their department computers access both the Millennia application and Oracle data sets hosted remotely on IPC networks. Our hosting configurations provide seamless pass though for printing and file management to the extent our work environment appears to be just another application running on a department workstation’s desktop.

Page 21: AIS Millennia

The following recommendations cover the local installation of Millennia at a client’s site where your Department would license the Millennia products and deploy/maintain them via your own hardware and networks. Should your Department choose AIS' Hosting Service as their product platform, the following would not apply.

Oracle Database Server

Dedicated solely for the purpose of running the Millennia Oracle 10g ESL database (please see details about ESL below under Additional Information).

Minimum server requirements: Core 2 Duo or Quad Core Processor.

Based on our experience, we recommend a minimum of 4 GB of RAM

We recommend the server have three hard drives (120 GB minimum each) - one for the O/S and Oracle software, another for the data, and the third to maintain the data indexes.

Example Server Pricing:

HP Pavilion Elite m9040n Mini T owe r

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600, 2.4GHz, 3GB RAM, 2 X 320GB Hard Drives, 16X DVD+/-RW Drive

$1,139.99 CompUSA

3rd Hard Drive

Seagate 320GB Hard Drive7200RPM, Internal, 16MB Cache, ATA

$80.00 CompUSA

We recommend Windows 2003 server standard edition as your server O/S. We have personally experienced a significant performance boost using Windows 2003 server compared to NT4 or Windows 2000 Server.

Example Software Pricing:

Windows Small Business Server 2003

Standard R2, 5 Clients

$550.00 CompUSA

The Oracle Server must be on the same LAN (Local Area Network) as any client computer (individual workstations, Citrix or Terminal Server, Web Server) accessing it and must have a minimum of 100 Mbs through-put between the Oracle server and any of it’s clients.

Client Workstation

Minimum of a Core 2 Duo. ($850, same specs as HP Pavilion above except core 2 Duo) Have a minimum of 2 GB RAM. Hard drive - the current client software to run Millennia Scheduling takes about 2GB. As a minimum, we recommend that client workstations have at least 128 Mb of video

Ram on the Video Card, whether the video card is on the mother board or in a PCI slot. As a graphic intensive product, this will allow Millennia to run much more efficiently. In addition, as a minimum, make sure the video card will support between 1024 and 1600 horizontal dpi (pending monitor selection).

Example Workstation Pricing:

HP Pavilion a6220n Mini T ower Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E4500, 2.2GHz, 2GB RAM, 400GB Hard Drive, 16X DVD+/-RW Drive,

$639.99 CompUSA

For additional consideration, while Millennia will run very well in a 1024 to 1600 horizontal dpi desktop environment, it has, though - been designed to take advantage of even larger environments that are available by using a 24 - 30 inch monitor or dual (side by side) monitors.

O/S – Windows XP (preferably the professional edition).

Must be web-enabled (have Internet access). At a minimum, the main workstation must have Internet access and network permissions to receive updates for Millennia from AIS.

Microsoft MapPoint 2004 Standard Edition Full Version is required in order to use any mapping functionality within Millennia (i.e. proximity searches, mapping addresses, flight following).next page

All Millennia client computers (individual workstations, Citrix or Terminal Server, Web Server) must be on the same LAN (Local Area Network) as the Oracle Server and must have a min. of 100 Mbs through-put between the Oracle server and any of it’s clients.

Optional

Flight View for real time flight tracking. MS Outlook or Lotus Notes for managing alerts. MS Exchange or Lotus Domino Server (alerts and calendar management)

Additional Information

AIS maintains an ESL (Embedded Software License) agreement with Oracle allowing AIS to embed Oracle in Millennia as its database. As a result, Millennia is licensed to end users with Oracle ESL, and only in this configuration. The Millennia Oracle ESL database must be used only to maintain Millennia data.

Millennia will have processes in place to create back-up exports of the Millennia database. It is the responsibility of the end user to store these exports in a secure environment.

If you require remote workstation access, our recommendation is to use either Citrix or Terminal Server. If you decide to use Citrix or Terminal Server, they must be run as a separate client and not installed on the Oracle Server (or vice-versa).
