Traffic growth initiatives

Over the past few months, we have been putting a great deal of effort into communicating with our passengers through our social media. Not only do we want to inform them, we also want to encourage them to travel via Brussels Airport. Those who do not follow us on social media can still be informed thanks to our 2 monthly newsletters, our regular updates on our website as well as our recently launched video platform full of fun videos about the airport. In October we also had some small festivities as we celebrated the 15th anniversary of Etihad and the 10th anniversary of Air Arabia at Brussels Airport.

New incentive package for airlines from 1 July 2020 until 31 March 2021. The incentive is a rebate of €2 for departing passengers and €1 for transfer passengers for a period of nine months, including the upcoming winter season. This will automatically be deducted from the bi-monthly aeronautical charges invoice.
