• Controlling the observance of Russian and European labor protection legislation, fire safety and industrial safety legislation, internal corporative rules and standards by contractors.
•Ensure HSE compliance in accordance with Codest policy and RF legislation in the project.
•Improving Safety culture in Zero incidents & accidents achievement on the project.
•Incident and Accident investigation and approve a findings of investigation.
•Rendering assistance in development and revision of HSE standards, instructions programs, work method statements (WMS), process flow charts and job safety assessments (JSA, JHA).
