FUUAST, on “Undergrad Student Difficulties and Apprehension of Quantum
Mechanics”.
• Studied the effect of "Alpha particles irradiation of deep levels in ruthenium doped
p-type GaAs" in M.Phil research.

Teaching Experience I joined Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology in July 2005 as a
lecturer and my job is continued till date. In current semester I am teaching Quantum
Mechanics and Particle Physics to M.Sc and Modern Physics to BS programs.
