Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (From 01 August 2015 till present) AGPI (Advanced Gas Path Inspection) Productivity Enhancement Project by GE-PEPI Advanced Gas Path Inspection project was the part of GE PEPI solutions for productivity enhancement to improve the efficiency of Gas Turbine. It utilizes enhanced sealing and cooling sys tems. Guided supervision on overall AGP Inspection outage as a Mechanical Engineer. Supervised the inspection of AGP parts including cloth seals, brush seals, labyrinth seals and E-seals. Detailed study on improved cooling and sealing air system utilized in GE PEPI solutions. Detailed study on buckets improved design for maximum energy utilization. Major Overhauling 2015 General Electric Gas Turbine frame 9E (PG 9171E- Rating 127MW):- Guided supervision on overall Major Overhauling of Gas Turbine under supervision of GE-TA. Guided supervision on Inspection and replacement of elliptical journal and tilting pad thrust bearings . Detailed productive working on Gas turbine cooling and sealing air system. Detailed study on Gas Turbine Pre-filters installation for increasing main filter’s life span. Supervision on Overhauling of Gas Turbine accessory gearbox for replacement of shafts and bearings. Guided supervision on site alignment of Gas turbine rotor with accessory gear coupling. Guided supervision on Removal and installation of generator rotor for electrical inspection. Guided supervision on Field balancing of Gas Turbine by adding calculated weights at generator ends Harbin Steam Turbine (Model LN110-7.0/535 Rating 110 MW):- Guided supervision on overall Steam Turbine major overhauling, inspections and troubleshooting. Standardization of Lubrication Oil utilization protocol and developed SOP for oil analysis.

Performed Route Cause Analysis study on Gas Turbine efficiency loss.

GTE Mechanical Maintenance and Operations (From 01 July 2014 till 31 June 2015) in EPQL

Trained as Area Engineer for Mechanical maintenance (8 months) and Operations Engineer (4 months). Arranged Safety D-level meetings and Tool-Box-Talks under OSHA safety standards implementation. Hands on experience as field Engineer on Combustion Inspection activity on Gas Turbine GE-9171E. Worked on SAP for routine field maintenance, making PR’s, JR’s and handling of warehouse activities.

Developed an RCA on De-aerator excessive steam loss on partial load operation.

ENGRO Fertilizers Ltd Internship (From 10th June 2013 till 19th July 2013) Project assigned: Job plans and maintenance of reciprocating type heavy duty double acting PD CO 2 compressor.

Presented compressor overhauling plan and quality hold point document. Studied the design, working, components and failure history of CO2 compressor. Updated safety aspects for stage overhauling job plans and Prepared power end inspection job plan. Hot tapping to recover back pressure build ups in primary reformer heat exchanger.
