In this hands-on lab, we will focus on control and visualisation aspects of PlantPAx DCS. Here you will develop a process application using PlantPAx Process Strategies. Once you have completed the setup of your controller and HMI, you will continue to build out your application by adding and configuring controller code and FactoryTalk View SE graphical elements from the latest release of the Rockwell Automation Library of Process Objects. Come learn about how PlantPAx leverages Studio 5000 Architect, Logix Designer application features such as the Logical Organiser and Program Parameters and FactoryTalk View SE features such as Alarm grouping and Alarm Roll-up.

With the majority of modern age equipment now utilising integral power supply technology which continuously chops the AC waveform, harmonics are becoming a wide spread issue.
