Presented at the After School Centers of Education Conference in San Antonio. I explain how E4 Youth invests "Cultural Capital" in traditionally unders served students by placing them with professional mentors based on their interests. These mentors help them build professionally portfolios and qualify intensive summer employment/training.TRANSCRIPT
