Learning Environments
Australasia’s SA Chapter is out to explore the forces of change in learning and we’d
like you to join our discussion through our Day Out of the
Box!
What better way to explore these conjectures than through the
thoughts of educators, students, policy makers and leaders of new technology industries hungry for
new generational skills. Set aside a day for inspirational insights into
what the means of learning may become to be over the next decade
through these debates:
Through a series of Keynotes and Workshops, our panel of contributors
will approach these questions and more through a variety of angles and perspectives. Led by our fabulous MC Matthew Wright-Simon, we are excited to introduce our event contributors and
program:
• Who are the learners of the 2020s and what do they want?• What skills do citizens and employees need to succeed in
the future? • How will success in education
be measured?
• What methodologies are known to engage students?
• What pedagogies result in the desired skillsets for the 2020s?
• Which spaces types and settings can support these methods and
pedagogies best?• What evidence can research
offer about all these questions?
