Our Company

The Name of our Company is QuadsStudios

We create applications.

We plan to create many apps.They would range from Everyday

Apps to Gaming Apps.

Our first idea is the game app Stick Fight MMO

It is Under the categories Action, Platformer

We plan to put it on The App Store, The Google Play Store

and Have this app Downloadable on the Our App Page it

can be downloaded onto the computer and used on it.

The App itself is Free, But there would Be in-App

purchases, The cheapest being $0.50 the most expensive

being $50.00.

We Plan to Earn $100’000 a Month.

Why is our app good?

WHY IS OUR APP GOOD?

-Our app is mostly targeted at people between the age of 18 to 30

-Our app is targeted at gamers or people with fast-paced life who are in need of

entertainment

-The age groups that we have set are children and young adults as the game is

free to play and children are able to enjoy it even if they cannot spend money

on the app. Young adults who have busy lives can take a break from work and

relax by playing our game. Young adults also earn money and can afford to

spend money on our game.

- 5% of our total monthly income will go to charity

BUSINESS MODEL

- Our business is about creating applications and have people use our

services.

- Our revenue model will be IAP and advertising based.

- If we were to hire 5 game developers at a starting salary of $2500 per

month,

5 * $2500 = $12’500

IAP Incomes

- On average, a normal customer will purchase around $2 of IAP.

- Hence if we have 100’000 downloads in 1 month,

$2 * 100’000 - (5% * 20’000) = $199’000

Advertisement Incomes- If other companies wish to advertise on our application, we will put it through the form of ‘Get

Free Rewards’

- Companies can decide whether they want to advertise using a video or have players download

their applications.

- Players have to either watch videos or download applications to get their free currency in-game.

- One video advertisement costs $10 and if one application advertisement

costs $30

Hence if there are 100 video advertisements and 100 application

advertisements in a month,

(100 * $10) + (100 * $30) = $4000 per month

Total income:

Advertisement income + IAP income - Salary = Total

$4000 + $199’000 - $12’500 = $190’500 per month

- George will be the leader as well as be in charge of the development of the

website as the CEO and CTO.

- Shaun as the COO will oversee the general operations of the business.

- Haris will be in charge of the finance of the business as the CFO.

- Zheng Yu will be in charge of marketing for the business as the CMO.

Mainly using social media as our advertising strategy

- We would also be using facebook as our advertising strategy.

- We are using social media as it is global and many people use social

networking sites and advertising on social media sites is more radio and

television.

- It is also convenient for people to access the internet and notice our

company.

- Free Advertising on Youtube through uploading videos on our service.

- Paid Advertising on Youtube through advertising on other people’s videos.

- Build up a page and advertise our service.

adding on to the community.
