Applications
Rotabond MS adheres well without primer on clean,
dry, dust and grease free substrates of aluminium,
stainless steel, galvanised steel, zinc, copper, brass,
powder coated metal, most lacquered metal surfaces,
glass, PVC, polyesters (GRP), painted and lacquered
wood etc.
Typical applications are:
• Elastic bonding and sealing
• Bonding of roofs on trains
• Bonding of corner profiles of aluminium or polyester
• Bonding of polyester parts on metal frames
• Bonding of floor systems
• Sealing welded seams
At a temperature of 20°C and a relative humidity of
50%, Rotabond MS can be over-painted 10 minutes
after application

Instructions
1.Clean surf ace with Sof t Surf ace
Cleaner or Surf ace Cleaner andallow to dry
2.Apply Rotabond MS as required.
Paint, if required, immediately af terapplication or when skin has f ormed
( approximately 30 minutes
dependent on ambient temperature
and humidity ).
Rotabond MS can easily be
extruded with a hand or
air pressure gun at temperatures
between +5 and +35°C.
Etch primers must not be applied
OVER the top of this product.
