Climate change is disrupting natural systems Naturalsystems—suchaslakes,rivers,oceans,coralreefs,forests,grasslands—produceouroxygen,ourwater,ourfood,andprovidejobssuchascommercialfishingandtimberharvesting.Theyalsosupportoutdooractivities,generatingjobsandmillionsofdollarsinrevenue.Forests,wetlandsandothernaturallandscapeshelpsoakupgreenhousegasesthattrapheatandhavebeenscientificallylinkedtoglobalwarming.
