Trends on pharmaceutical labour market

• Product Managers are in high demand. Pharmaceutical companies are ready to

recruit people from the FMCG sector

• Market Access Managers (GR) are in demand again

• Compliance professionals are being attracted by big pharmaceutical

companies but this function is just developing and there is a lack of candidates

• Some companies stop developing Field Force department while other continue to

work as usual waiting for coming legislation changes

• Drug safety is becoming separate function

• Production Managers acknowledged with GMP norms are needed. There is a

shortage of such professionals in Russia so companies attract foreign managers
