COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC AGES 18+Treatments are available the second and fourth Friday of the month from 8:30-11 a.m. Treatments are done in a community style setting, with several people receiving treatment simultaneously. Cost is $15 for adults 55+. Cash or check payable to Stephanie Trzaska accepted. Adults age 18-54 pay 1½ times the 55+ rate for services ($22).

HEALTH SCREENINGSPreventive health-care services are available the first Friday of each month. Sponsored by the Visiting Nurses Association. Cash or check payable to VNA. • Blood Pressure (BP) Check – $3 • Toenail trim with BP check – $45 new client; $35 existing client • Fingernail Trim – $15 • B-12 Shot – $7 (must bring physician order and serum) • Bring your glucometer for free instruction by a nurse.

MASSAGE THERAPYMassage appointments are available Thursdays and the second and fourth Mondays with Sherrill. A second therapist is available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Adults 55+ are $18.50 for 30 minutes and $37 for one hour. Adults age 18-54 pay 1½ times the 55+ rate.

PEDICURES & MANICURES WITH TERESAAppointments are available the second and fourth Monday of each month for $16. Fingernail trimming is $7. For ages 55 and older. Please bring a towel or you may rent one for $1. Polishing is available for an additional $1. Please indicate whether you would like colored polish when calling to make an appointment and be sure to bring your polish with you.

PODIATRY SERVICESProfessional podiatry care is available the third Friday of each month from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Services include diabetic foot care, routine palliative care of calluses and toenails and more. Cost is $25 cash or check payable to Dr. Kimberly Wilms.

ACTIVE ADULT CENTER WELLNESSAppointments are required for all health services. A 24-hour notice of cancelation is required or a surcharge will apply. To make an appointment or for more information, please call 303-255-7850.

MEDICARE ASSISTANCEMedicare Counseling Offered the second Tuesday of each month from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Trained SHIP (Senior Health Insurance Program) volunteers will assist you with your Medicare issues. Please call 303-255-7850 to schedule an appointment. Location: AAC

AAC COMPUTER CLASSES

COMPUTER CLASS REGISTRATION INFORMATION In order to provide a better learning experience, our computer classes have a maximum enrollment of five participants. If a class you intended to sign up for is full, we encourage you to place your name on a waiting list, as we quite often will add additional classes for waiting list participants. In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel three business days prior to the first class date. Adults age 18-54 are welcome for 1½ times the adult 55+ fees.

• Materials fees are necessary for some classes and must be paid (cash or check only) on the first day of class.• Most classes listed require either completion of the prerequisite class or comparable computer experience.
