phenomena independently as well as collectively in groups.

• To encourage them for more practical work in order to implement that in their practical life.

• To provide a science lab at JrIV, V, VI level equipped with innovative classroom resources which fulfill the demands of 21st century.

• To enhance children’s interpersonal skills by respecting and listening other’s views.

• To trigger their curiosity for an unseen process.

Challenges:A. The headmistress may not

like my new methodology or may unwilling to provide new resources because of expenses.

B. Some parents may not understand my methods.

C. I do not own a computer.

D.Shortage of resources may be the problem.

Solutions:A. I will share the course

manual and my notes from this course with my headmistress.

B. I will arrange individual parents meeting in order to make them understand the new methodology.

C. I will stay after school to use a computer in the school’s computer lab to create productivity tools.

D. By using domestic tools we can clarify students’ concepts.
