    SCHOOL PROFILE: BLISS Elementary School has a modest land area fit to accommodate the BLISS homeowners /residents children and nearby sitios especially the Muslim Community. It is

    located in the northern area of the city, bounded by Lingayen Gulf. Most of the Muslim pupils live in Project Silungan which is a half-kilometer away from the school.

    RATIONALE: This action plan is designed for the realization and fulfillment of the Basic Education Reform Agenda (BESRA), specifically in the implementation of the Arabic Language and Islamic

    Values Education (ALIVE) program.
