How do you go to work / school? 2 What do you usually do in the morning? 3 What did you do last night? 4 It’s [insert current time here] now. Where were you at [say current time] yesterday? 5 What do you usually do in the evening? 6 Say what you did last weekend. 7 What was the last film you saw? Tell me about it. 8 What was the last book you read? Tell me about it. 9 Let’s talk about housework. Who does the jobs in your house? (What jobs do you do in your house?) When the learners are ready, invite Learner A to ask his / her first question. Allow the questioning to continue for 1–2 minutes, prompting when necessary. 4 When they have finished the conversation, ask learners what is different about their routines. 5 End the test by saying: ‘Thank you. That is the end of the test.’

    5 End the test by saying: Thank you. That is the end of the test.
