This is your enrollment contract with the University. Please retain a copy for your records and ensure that the original form has been signed and returned to Admissions Office. It will not be possible to complete your enrollment until this form has been signed and returned with deposit or tuition fees specified in the Letter of Offer. 1. Refund policy1.1The refund policy applied for Tuition Fees only, exclusive the registration fees, deposit of the course, and any other administrative fees1.2 Tuition fee is subject to be refundable 90% if notice is given within the first week before the commencement date of the registered course. Tuition fee is subject to be refundable 80% if notice is given within the first week after the commencement date of the register course

1.3 There will be no refund if student withdraw after one week since the commencement date of the register course.1.4 Students who are sick and cannot join the course will be able to delay after submitting required medical documents but not refund. In special cases of serious disease, students will be refunded after submitting medical documents.

1.5.Failure to obey and stop studying will result in non-refundable cases as follow: - Failure in examinations - Absent without leave - Disobey the University's regulations

1.6 It should be noted that:- In seldom cases when the University can not hold the course and have to cancel, or the students are not able to obtain visa to enter into Vietnam, 100% tuition fee will be refunded to students.- In seldom cases when the University can not continue any class which has been started the tuition fee for the lessons studied will be taken out of the refund.Contact Admissions Office to know more about Refund Policies by following email address: admissions@britishuniversity.edu.vn or Tel: +84 4 39747596

I declare that I have read through and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions specified in the Offer Letter & Acceptance Form issued to me by British University Vietnam. I do understand that the tuition fee does not include the cost of the books rental deposit, materials, field trips and shall be subject to adjustment. Letter of Offer

The Letter of Offer and Acceptance Letter form the Agreement between the University and the student.

This letter gives the student authority to enroll and must be shown when attend enrollment.

This offer is only valid for the semester stated in the Letter of Offer

Fees

The tuition fees are as stated in the Fees Schedule.

The tuition fees are subject to review on an annual basis.

The tuition fees are required to pay by bank transfer.

To accept the University's offer, the student must complete and sign the enclosed Acceptance Letter and forward it to Admissions Office of British University Vietnam .

If there are conditions on your Letter of Offer, you must provide evidence of meetingthese conditions before sending the Acceptance Letter.

Upon signing the Acceptance Letter, you are expected to pay all fees stipulated onyour Letter of Offer.

The University enables to defer or temporarily suspend your study, including granting a Leave of Absence during the course through Formal agreement in certain circumstances. Contact Admissions Officer (admissions@britishuniversity.edu.vn) to find more about Policies and Procedures.

Upon enrollment, students will be provided with the Timetable, Student Handbook and other relevant documents and information in the Orientation day or contact Admissions Office to obtain more information.
