Complainant reports that the work is not done. In this respect I request you to report at A.C.B. office with the following information, relevant documents and concerned officers on 03.02.2014 1. What activities did the office take-up on the application every single day? Mention by date 2. Mention movement of the application from officer to officer since the day of the appeal. How long has the application been with the individual officer? What activities did he take-up till today? 3. With respect to movement of the application to concerned officers, relevant evidences be provided. 4. According to the official guidelines or following civil service document, how long should the issue in the application take? Provide the relevant information. 5. When the officer who is to attend to the issue in the application doesn’t solve in the stipulated time, what disciplinary action should be taken as per ‘employee code of conduct’? Mention it. 6. When will the issue be solved? Give a date. I look forward to see the issue solved at an earliest date.
