Dear Parents, Welcome to our First Newsletter. We are pleased to start this newsletter as a means of com- munication with parents. We have successfully completed our first Academic Year i.e. 2013-14 and have now begun the second Academic Year. We continue to improve the teaching and learning standards and with your cooperation, PDIS will definitely reach to new peaks. This year many more parents have shown their confidence. All students have settled down in the new learning environment and we assure you their excellent performance in all areas of learn- ing. My best wishes to ALL Students ! Train them cover mouth and nose while sneezing and coughing. Avoid crowded places to prevent infections. For Better communication with your children Listen to your child -Always listen to your child very pa- tiently and let him explain things in his own words. Be equal -You should be equal at your child's emotion- al level whenever he / she tells something about his hap- piness or problems. Share your experiences mutually -Instead of telling your children dos and donts, you share your good / bad experiences with them even- tually they will learn to share their experiences with you. Let Your Children enjoy monsoon with little

Provide clean surround-ings , clean drinking water and proper rain wear for kids.

Train kids proper hand washing at proper time.

Provide freshly cooked healthy food & clean fruits.

Avoid AC’s in the mon-soon as it makes the room temperature low.

Message from Tulips coordinator

Dear Parents, We are happy to inform that our young Tulips (Junior KG children) now know what classroom discipline is and

are following it. Also they are aware and follow healthy eating habits and good table manners.

We do see that they are enjoying learning at PDIS. For better communication, we request you to kindly send the school diary (Almanac) with the child everyday and make it a point to go through it everyday without fail so that you are well updated. We need to do this regularly as these little ones are still developing their prop-er communication skills.

In the month of June & July, we have focused on Themes such as Friendship, Family and Food Our next Themes for learning will be ‘Flowers, Fruits & Vegetables’.
