Performance IndicatorsPerformance indicator refers to the means by which an objective can be judged to have been achieved or not achieved. Indicators are therefore tied to goals and objectives and serve simply as ‘yardsticks’ by which to measure the degree of success in goal achievement at regular intervals. Performance indicators are quantitative tools and are usually expressed as a rate, ratio or percentage.

Items: Class Room Teaching, Outside Class Interaction, Research Supervision, Question Paper Setting, Invigilation and related exam Duties, Evaluation and Assessment work. Teaching Innovation, Preparation of new teaching learning material, Student Feed Back.

II. Co-Curricular, Extension and Professional Development Related Activities: d) Co-curricular and extension activities
