    1/1

The European Union is a long term project whose result is the institution of the

European continent in a family of every democratic countries that decide their own way to a

    better and safety world.

By this piece of work I propose myself to develop a multidimensional close-up view

of the main costs and benefits of the romanian adhesion to European Union focusing on a

complex analysis of the most important cost and benefits related to the fluctuation ofmacroeconomics indicators in our country.

In the first chapter I put forward some general aspects of european institutions, the

romanian participation in this institutions and some pieces of information about the Internal

Market. Here are highlighted in a short and chronologic manner the aims of the European

Union like the development of peace and social values or the prosperity of the people; the

agenties of European Union analised by their function, the european institutions that are

involved in the decision process like European Parliament,Council of the European Union,

European Commission. European Economic and Social Commitee and Commitee of the

Regions have a secundary role. Another european institutions with an important role in

function of European Union are : Court of Justice ( with the General Court), Court of Auditors

and the European Ombudsman. I aloso focused about the romanian participation in theeuropean institutions from several points of view, I emphasised the european institutions, the

Commitees, Agenties established in the secundary legislation or in other Treaties. In the last

subsection of the chapter the central ideea is about the Internal Market which is the free

movement of goods, capitals, services and persons in member countries as if they would

    move in one country.

In the second chapter I tapped the subject about the costs and benefits of the romanian

adhesion to European Union emphasising the evolution of Romania from the adhesion till

nowdays analysing the impact of total costs and investments in GDB for 2008-2015 period,

the evolution of exports, the evolution of the labor force in 2010-2012 and the fluctuation of

the salary incomes in 2010-2012 period. For 2013-2015 the macroeconomics predictions is

influenced by the provisions relating to the Loan Agreement with the European Commission,

International Monetary Fund and World Bank and not at last the conditions and targets

established. The active measures aim in particular the improvement of the business

enviorment, the reducing of macroeconomics disturbances and the stability of bank system are

presumed to offer an economic increase and creating jobs starting this year.

The evolution of inflation in 2013depends on the maintaining the exchange course leu-

euro over the medium level of the previous year aspect that can create a strong pressure in

increasing prices for import goods but also prices of goods and services that use euro. Talking

about the fluctuation of medium salary earning are registred lower levels than the national

average in most of economic activities, the lowest being registred in industry of : hotels and

restaurants, agriculture, clothes manufactoring, forestry and fishing, constructions, wholesaleand retail, water supply distribution, salubrity, waste.

The third chapter is dedicated totaly to the costs and benefits of the romanian adhesion

in agriculture, industry and social plan.

We can strongly say that for the romanian people the European Union is a bag with

money which is why nowdays we still look in a good manner the adhesion of Romania at

European Union. Also, the Romanian people join the ideea of European Union with the ideea

of european funds. This way of thinking develops a lack of people that dislike European Union

which is a different thinking provided in other countries, like in Great Britain for

instance. This lack of euroscepticism comes also from the fact that there are not organised

public debasis or parties in order to have a critical attitude over the Union politics. The

Romanians feel european citizen eventhough is about ones that live inside boders or about 2-3milions that live abroad and have the right to work in any state member of European Union.
