years as integrated activities. Digitally I am quite active but my expertise in Digital marketing are yet to be proven though I did help Bestnet substantially strategize and design few of their Digital Initiatives.
TRAINING - I have been a freelance trainer in the areas of Soft and Behavioral Skills, RETAIL, IT,
PRODUCT, SALES & MARKETING, MANAGEMENT & BEST PRACTICES and have delivered training
programs for some leading organizations like Hewlett Packard, Flipkart, Blackberry, Motorola to name a
few.

Notable Success Stories I have seven to share but will talk about one recent and one not so recent which clearly establishes that I have
it in me as a very formidable contender for the role
Bestnet Europe – A medium sized Danish company which was into preventive healthcare and social
solutions for the BOP and Marginalized population across the globe. The target audience were International
NGOs, Local Government Units and Large Local NGOs. They hired me to develop their APAC markets
spread across geographies namely – India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore,
SriLanka and Pakistan. I was to interact with C-Level executives in the target organizations and my
target was to achieve USD 1Million in revenues with a 15% bottom line.
I signed and closed a very strategic deal worth USD 4.2 Mn. Within my first nine months of
operations. The end client was CRS Philippines which is the largest faith based organization globally
and is backed by the US government. CRS operations in Philippines are the biggest worldwide.
SPPL (P) Ltd. – A medium sized valued added technology distribution company which was struggling and
losing ground to the competition in their enterprise business for Motorola Wireless. I joined them as National
Head (Enterprise Practice) and was made responsible to achieve INR.110.000.000 in six months with a
bottom line of 15%. A tough target with added responsibility of my team members and my weakness was I
had no background in Wireless.
I analyzed the weaknesses in the sales processes and our approach to the channel partners and minimized
them, by structuring the sales approach, addition of new MWP (Motorola Wireless Partners), Post
Sales TAT’s, Generating more leads where the RFP’s were designed by our team, Restructuring the
landed costs to the partners, more insights via effective competitive intelligence, enhancing the
technical trainings of both the internal and channel teams and above all finishing the MOTOROLA
WIRELESS CERTIFICATION for myself via their LMS in A grade.
The result of all this effort with my team helped us in achieving two strategic wins – University of
Kashmir (Deal size – USD 50.000) and second phase of MPFD project with Wipro (Deal Size – USD

SPPL was adjudged the best Motorola Distribution Partner in 2011 after three years at an
international Motorola partner convention in CHINA How I Spend My Free Time
In my free time I like to continuously hone my sills by reading relevant content both offline and online majorly
from the business world. I also like to help my son to sharpen his skills in STEM subjects and self-defence. I
also like to listen to music, travelling, meditation and watching selective movies from genre of action, crime
thrillers, real life biopics and comedy. I am also pursuing a certification in Business Stats from IIM BLR
and PG MBA from Narsee Monjee University Mumbai.
