Philosophy of Education The field of education is ever-changing. Teaching is a growing and learning process that continuously requires adjustment. It is important for teachers to stay educated and always strive for the best teaching techniques. This allows for teachers to constantly create positive and productive learning environments to reach students effectively. As a teacher, I plan to always be looking for ways to improve my classroom and teaching techniques. The quest for knowledge is an important quality for teachers to have, and therefore, it prepares teachers for the obstacles they must face in the classroom. I believe that the focus of education should be in the learning process of the students. Teachers and administrators should work to the best of their abilities to assist students learning academically, socially, and emotionally. Student success should be the primary focus of educators at all levels of education. Although my theories of education may be continuously changing, my love for teaching and my desire to make a difference in the lives of my students will always be the basis of my philosophy of education.
