Mr Christos K. Agrogiannos (BSc, MSc), is a corporate consultant, trainer and coach with wide experience in consultative selling, soft & communication skills, human interaction, negotiations, management and leadership. Furthermore he has expertise in performance improvement, strategy development and planning, alignment of strategy and operational processes, organizational and human resource development, change management, conflict resolution, cultural diversity and cross-cultural issues, customer service, product launch and quality control/performance improvement.

He participated as member of the United Nations and NATO delegations, as well as a member of Greek delegation in the committee of European collaboration, working on the development of South Eastern Europe countries.

He has also worked as a consultant and official member of Olympic Games Athens 2004, as an information analyst of news from international electronic media sources.

In business area, he has worked as a project manager of a team, consisted of members from four countries, working on the development of simulation training systems. Furthermore, he was worked as head of a team, consulting companies in development of new business opportunities in Greece.

Mainly, he is participating in training sessions worldwide, as facilitator, trainer, coach and call taker in case studies, for all levels of employees (new hires and experienced, sales reps, managers and executives), for international companies, as GM Europe, IBM EMEA and CEMA, Microsoft EMEA, Honeywell, PMI, Sony Europe, Unilever, Abbott etc.

Additionally he is working on training content development (teacher guide, students notes and slides decks), as well as on adaptation and translation of technical documentation for companies as MOBIS, ARTHUR ANDERSEN, BMW, GM, VW and Audi etc.

He has trained more than 10000 employees internationally, as a certified trainer, instructor, facilitator, performance coach and call taker in consultative selling, communication and human interaction, negotiations, presentations, commercial skills, personal skills, change management and cultural awareness etc. Additionally he facilitated in Germany, Bulgaria and Greece creativity and innovation workshops.

Furthermore, he provides coaching, inspiration and motivation sessions to individuals, as an intuitive consultant and career and performance coach.

Lately, due to his expertise in Leadership and Management, he was assigned as Master Trainer and delivered successfully Train the Trainer sesiona to senior managers of a multinational company in Europe, Jordan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan and Australia.

His main objective is to inspire and encourage individuals and organisations to change, leading to measurable attitude, behaviour and skills improvement to enhance their corporate and personal performance.

He is considering as other activities, personal interests and special competencies his analytical and conceptual thinking in balance with creative thinking and innovative approaches. He is highly organized and able to prioritize effectively – detail oriented. He is considering himself as self-motivated professional, who also works as a team player, showing interpersonal understanding.

His passion is continuously to improve through long life learning. He spends a lot of his free time seeking for new approaches and trends to rapidly changing circumstances through continuous research. Furthermore he is interested in news about leading technologies in communication and media.

In his remaining time he enjoys the sea and when it gets colder he enjoys watching blockbusters with his home cinema equipment.
