PowerAboitiz Power Corp. is a vertically integrated company engaged in power generation, distribution, and retail electricity services. The companyharnesses power from a portfolio of renewable and thermal sources through 49 generation facilities across the country. Its Distribution Groupincludes the nation’s 2nd and 3rd largest utility group, which supply electricity to high-growth areas in Central Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Banking & Financial Services

Aboitiz investments in banking are UnionBank of the Philippines –recognized as one of Asia’s leading companies in banking and finance, CitySavings Bank, Inc. –the thrift bank subsidiary of UnionBank and PETNET, Inc. which has the largest network of Western Union agents with3,200 branches nationwide.

Food Pilmico Foods Corp. is Aboitiz’s integrated agribusiness and food company composed of four divisions –Flour, Feeds and Animal Health, Farmsand Trading. After the acquisition of Gold Coin Management Holdings, Pilmico is now the fourth largest feeds player based in Southeast Asia.

InfrastructureAboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. undertakes infrastructure-related investments of the Aboitiz Group and is poised to take on Philippines’ growthmomentum in building infrastructure advancements. Under the Aboitiz Infrastructure group is Republic Cement Group, Apo AguaInfrastructura, LIMA Water Corp. and Balibago Waterworks System –providing innovative solutions to residential, commercial and industrialcustomers.
