RegistrationPlan to send a ‘team’ from your organization or company so your staff may attend more than one morning and afternoon workshop. Forum space is limited. Registration forms with payment will be accepted until capac-ity is reached.
Registration fee: $25.00 per attendee. Make checks/money orders payable to AARP and mail to the address on the registration form. Registration fee covers all meals, refresh-ments, and workshop materials.

Hotel InformationThe Crowne Plaza Richmond Downtown, 555 East Canal Street, is holding a block of rooms at a single/double rate of $119. Guests should call the hotel directly at 804-788-0900 and ask to speak with the in-house reservations department. Please reference the ‘AARP Diversity Forum’ group block when calling. The block will be re-leased after October 21.
Cancellation InformationCancellations received in writing by 5:00 p.m. (mail or fax, 1-804-819-1923) on Friday, November 6, 2009, will receive a full refund. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel by November 6, 2009, by 5:00 p.m., will be charged the entire registration fee.

Virginia Holocaust Museum 2000 East Cary Street, Richmond 804-257-5400
The Virginia Holocaust Museum was founded in 1997 by Mark E. Fetter, L. Al Rosenbaum, and one of Richmond’s youngest Holocaust survivors, Jay M. Ipson, in an effort to preserve and educate people on the atrocities of the Holocaust.
Directions
From I-95 South Take Exit 74C (Broad Street East). At first stoplight make left on Broad Street. Make right at 20th Street and go 4 blocks. Cross Cary St. and make a left into the parking lot.
From I-95 NorthTake Exit 74B (Franklin Street). Stay in left lane. Go straight through 1st light and take a left at the 2nd light, Main Street. Go five blocks to 20th street. Turn right, one block, cross Cary Street and park in the parking lot on the left side.
From I-64 West Take I-64 East which merges with I-95 South and follow the same directions as from I-95 North.
From I-64 East Take I-64 West to Richmond. Follow the I-95 South Exit and follow the same directions as from I-95 North.
Downtown Expressway East on 195 (Downtown Expressway). Keep straight through toll and take the 3rd exit, 7th & 9th Street. When exiting stay in far right lane. Keep straight; turn left on 9th Street, stay in right lane and turn right onto
Cary Street. Stay on Cary. The museum is located at 20th Street and Cary. Parking lot is on the right side.
Parking is free in the museum lot.
