– Initial allocation based on 50% of 2012-13 enhanced O&M

– Allocation of remaining 50% based on

– Updated enhanced O&M formula calculations for 2013/14

– Review support and funding provided under 24/7 emergency response program

– Community’s ability to effectively utilize their O&M funding (core and enhanced)

– Community’s efforts in addressing O&M activities identified in O&M plans
