SECURITY ADVICEWhile Park Managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent, caravan or cabin during the day and overnight

EVACUATIONIn case of fire or other emergency please make your way to the evacuation assembly point as shown on the map overleaf

CHILDRENThe park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other people in the park. Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the showers and toiletsBall games may be allowed in certain allocated areas (see Park Manager)

NOISEThe peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 6am

BARBECUESConsider others - please clean b-b-q’s after use

GARBAGEPlease wrap garbage before placing in bins providedRecycling bins to be used for designated recyclables only

TREESDo not tie ropes or lines to treesDo not climb trees

SCOOTERS/SKATEBOARDS/RIPSTICKSFor the benefit of our customers these items are not to be used within the park grounds. The Manager will provide information to guests regarding the nearest safe area available for children to use these items.

BICYCLESBicycles are permitted to be ridden in the internal roads, subject to normal road rules being observed. This includes wearing helmet, 8 kph speed limit and daylight hours only

PETSSorry - No dogs or pets allowed

VISITORSAre welcome while you are present and their behaviour is your responsibilityVisitors must check at o�ce before entering park and may be subject to surchargeVisitors cars NOT permitted in the park

FEESAdvance payment of all fees is requiredBooking Deposits:- $30 deposit is required at time of booking - other than Peak Season where 1 week booking deposit is requiredCancellations/Refunds:- 28 days notice required to receive full refund (less

$30 admin fee)- No refund if customer changes their mind on arrival

NO SMOKINGSmoking is not permitted in any of the park buildings, ie reception, laundry, amenities blocks

WATERPermanent Water Conservation Measures are in place on the Sunshine Coast, so please use water wisely• Please report leaking taps, toilets or showers to the

Manager in the o�ce • Spend less than 4 minutes in the shower• Turn o� the tap while brushing your teeth• Minimise laundry

DRAWBARPlease ensure that your drawbar faces outwards to the road to allow prompt evacuation in the event of an emergency.

VEHICLESSPEED LIMIT 8 KPHThe safety of our customers is of prime importance. You can assist our cause by limiting the speed of your vehicle to 8 kph (walking pace) whilst within the Park. Only one vehicle per site is permitted and must remain within the allocated site.Mechanical and Panel Beating repairs are not allowed
