Every day Tim goes to the nurse’s office on the

ground floor and he does his lessons alone.

“I’m really tired and bored,” says Tim.

“Sometimes I sleep for a few minutes at my desk.”

Tim’s dad says that Tim is sad and angry.

“This is a big problem for Tim, and he already has lots of problems.”

Tim says, “Every day I say, maybe today the lift will work because I want to go upstairs and

see my friends again.”

“Please, fix the lift!” he says.

But now the school says the lift is working again. Tomorrow, Tim Lane can do his lessons
