The yoSngster with his brother, Frank, and younger companions had gone to the river to seek relief from the heat. Nearby his brother, a thirteen vear old bry, noddled about on an in- flated automobile tube. Excited by his brother’s mishap, be slipped out of his tube. A few minutes later Joseph Painter of Post avenue had pulled up the youth and brought him to shore. Police and firemen, working in shifts, strived for four hours to revive life in the little fellow.
